Christmas Light Installation
Pinecrest properties offer room to create a holiday display that goes beyond a few lights along the front of the house. Larger lots and mature landscaping can give a lighting design more depth, while the architecture of each home helps determine where the display should begin and where it should draw attention.
Christmas lights can define architectural features, bring attention to mature trees and palms, and create layers of light throughout the property. Some homeowners prefer a restrained display with warm white lighting, while others want a more elaborate holiday scene that makes use of the available space.

We handle the holiday lighting process from the initial design through installation, seasonal maintenance, takedown, and storage. The goal is to make the entire season easier without leaving you to coordinate different parts of the project yourself.
Before installation, we review the property and determine how the lighting and decorations should be positioned. This allows us to account for the size of the property, access, available power, landscaping, and the overall look you want to achieve before the installation begins.
When a property has HOA, community, or other applicable guidelines, we can take those requirements into consideration during the planning process.
The holiday display is planned around the property's architecture, landscape, proportions, and the look you want to create.
If the display needs attention during the season, our team can provide maintenance to keep the installation looking its best.
After the holidays, we remove the display and can organize and store the lighting for future seasons.
Beyond Christmas Lights
Christmas lights do not have to be the only element of the display. Holiday decorations can add another layer to the design and help turn an open area of the property into a more complete seasonal scene.
The available space can be used to build the holiday look you have in mind, with decorations positioned to complement the lighting rather than simply adding more elements for the sake of it.

Residential & Commercial Holiday Lighting
Pinecrest gives homeowners more flexibility when planning a holiday display. Instead of concentrating every element in one area, lighting can be distributed across the property to create a more balanced progression from one part of the display to another.
The design can remain simple and architectural or become more layered as the available space allows. Warm white lights, illuminated trees, roofline lighting, and other elements can be combined to create a display that feels intentional without making every part of the property compete for attention.
